  • Relaxation Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Reiki

  • I am a registered, licensed massage therapist, and I have been practicing at the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre since 2000.

My journey in the field of therapeutic massage began in 1997, through my passion to help people in both a physical and psychological manner. My initial education was through the Massage Therapy Program at Edmonton's MacEwan University, where I studied anatomy, physiology and massage technique. I then transitioned to Metro College, also in Edmonton, for the completion of my training.

In addition to receiving training in therapeutic massage, I have also undergone training in Reiki, achieving a Reiki II designation in 1998 through the Usui Shiki Ryoho System under Barbara McDaniel, Reiki Master/Instructor.

Upon completion of my studies, I opened my first practice, a part-time business in Edmonton's Parkallen neighborhood. Not long after, I outgrew this location, and in 2000, I moved to my full-time practice in the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre.

My practice is supported through the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC), the largest association in Canada, ensuring the professionalism and ethical integrity of affiliated members.

I am a member of the Canadian Society of Bioregulatory Medicine (CSBRM), March 1, 2016. CSBRM promotes the practice of therapies to enhance the bodys' physiological processes to auto-regulate.

I am passionate about my vocation and am excited about the opportunity to aid others in achieving a healthy lifestyle. Massage Therapy is an integral part of attaining that balanced, healthy way of life.

  • When you touch a body, you touch the whole person, the intellect, the spirit, and the emotions.
